The contract between the parties was based on the SAICE General Conditions of Contract for Construction Works Second Edition (2010) • Preparation of various claim referrals to adjudication on a major nuclear power project under NEC3. • Arbitrator in a construction dispute on a civil engineering contract for township roads under SAICE General Conditions of Contract for Construction Works Third Edition (2015) between a contractor and employer with a dispute value of USD 125 000.00. • Adjudication under a building subcontract based on the JBCC Series Nominated/Selected Subcontract Agreement (Edition 6.2 May 2018). • Represented the Employer in the adjudication of a dispute between the Employer and the Contractor for the upgrade of a provincial road to the value of USD 22.5 million.
